No one here has it all together.

That’s the point.

We don’t expect you to be consistent straight away.
We don’t expect you to feel confident walking in.
We don’t expect you to know what you’re doing.

You won’t feel like you’re the only one figuring it out.
You won’t feel like you’re behind everyone else.

You’ll feel normal here.

Because everyone’s building it as they go.

You’re not lazy. You’re burnt out.

I can’t tell you how many women I’ve coached who thought they were “lazy” or had just “lost motivation”… when really, they were completely burnt out.

Burnout doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like starting every Monday, crashing by Thursday, feeling guilty for resting, and wondering why you just can’t seem to stay consistent.

What I’ve seen time and time again is this: women don’t fail because they don’t care enough. They fail because they’re trying to build healthy habits while running on empty.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more discipline. Sometimes it’s slowing down enough to build something your nervous system actually feels safe doing.

Can we stop pretending there’s a “right” way to move your body?

You don’t have to move like the women on Instagram.

You don’t need to love running.
Or HIIT.
Or lifting heavy.
Or big intimidating gyms.

You just need to find movement that feels safe enough… and good enough… for you.

Walking counts.
Stretching counts.
Boxing counts.
Slow seasons count too.

The goal isn’t punishment.

The goal is building trust with yourself again 💛

Most women walk into a gym feeling like they’re being watched.

You won’t feel judged for being new.
You won’t feel like you have to know what you’re doing.
You won’t feel like everyone else has it together.

You’ll feel supported.
Encouraged.
And slowly… more like yourself again.

No one here is watching you.

They’re just hoping you come back.

You walk into a big class and instantly feel it.

Too many people.
Too much going on.
No idea where you fit in.

You kind of just blend into the room, follow along, and leave without speaking to anyone.

And it’s hard to come back to something that feels like that.

That’s not what we do here.

Smaller classes.
We know your name.
You actually get spoken to.

And over time, it stops feeling like a place you go…
and starts feeling like somewhere you belong.

Most women think they’re inconsistent.

Like they’re the problem. Like they just can’t stick to anything.

But what’s actually happening is this…

Everything they’ve tried relies on pressure.
• do more
• push harder
• stay on track

And for a while, that works.

Until it doesn’t.

Your body starts pushing back. You overthink more, you avoid more, and eventually you stop.

Not because you’re lazy, but because it was never built to last.

So here’s your permission:

✨ to stop thinking you’re the problem
✨ to stop forcing what clearly isn’t working
✨ to do this in a way that actually feels sustainable

Because when the pressure changes, everything else starts to shift with it.

Why do we often think mental health only matters during a crisis?

I’ve been reflecting on how many of us overlook the daily impact of stress, relationships, and routines on our mental well-being. It’s easy to assume mental health is only relevant when things go wrong, but it’s actually part of our everyday lives.

In this episode, I explore what mental health truly means and how recognising its daily presence can empower us to take proactive steps. We discuss why understanding mental health as an ongoing aspect of well-being, rather than just in times of crisis, can transform how we care for ourselves.

If you’ve been feeling like mental health is only about big moments, this episode might offer a fresh perspective you need.

The beautiful Ellen joined us again for Sanctuary Hour and ran a yin + pins session, using small acupuncture tacks on specific points across the body.

It was slow, controlled, and surprisingly effective. A different way to work through tension without adding more load.

We love having Ellen in the space… and this definitely won’t be the last time. 🩷
