As most of you know, our little Lenny has arrived and we are all so smitten! Thank you to everyone who supported our little family last year; we truly appreciate it 😌. After four years of teaching, I'm now off for the unforeseeable future to focus on family.

Hello everyone,
As some of you may know, we are expecting a new addition to our family.
This means I’ll be teaching one final term of swimmming, before I’m off again in December.

Spaces will be limited this term.
If you’re an existing student and still interested in booking with me, i’m now taking names.

If your little one hasn’t swam with me before and you’re looking for a gentle, introductory approch to swim and safey. Please reach out.

- 🗓️ The 10 week term will start on the 6th of October - 12th of December.

- 🏊 Additional intensive lessons can be organised for an extra cost.

- 💲 Prices remain the same (PM me for more information)

- 🐠 current students will be enrolled in advance.

Currently taking bookings for October- December.
If your child is booked in they will automatically have a spot for the following term January- April 2025.

- Classes are run in an outdoor salt water chlorinated pool.
- We now have a private bathroom available.
- There’s shaded outdoor seating where parents can sit and watch and plenty of yard area where the kids can play.

After a lovely break I’ll be taking re- enrolments from the 1st of August and new enrolments from the 8th of August.

We will be covering:
- Water confidence and safety
- Stroke and breathing technique
- Safe entry and Diving
- Water Play

Swimming lessons are not only great for your child’s development but also such a fun activity!
If you’re living on the south coast you’re bound to be spending most of your summers by the ocean and water safety is so important!
My lessons are run in an outdoor salt water chlorinated pool ☀️. I teach all things from water familiarity, water safety, breathing and stroke technique.

If you home school and are looking for a fun activity, why not get a few kids together and book a group class with me.
If you have children similar in age I run family group classes as well!
Inquire about intensives if there’s a stroke your child isn’t quite picking up.

I have something for everyone and am now taking names for my October waitlist 🐠🌀.

Introducing your baby to water. 0-6 months.

Babies are naturally comfortable in the water as they’ve been in the womb for 9 months, the trick is to maintain that comfort in the water.

- Jump in the bath with them and make bath Time fun (splashing hands, swaying them on there back slowly and singing songs) twinkle little star is a good one.
- Get those ears in the water.
- Give them space to move there leg’s and arms freely. (Your two arms are locked holding there lower back, with babies head resting on your arms)
- Lots of eye contact and reassurance is great.
- Pouring water over their head with your hand first then a cup on the count of three. (Usually when the babies eyes are closed it means they’re holding their breath) if your baby does take in some water that’s normal, just give them a rest then do something fun with them.
- Blowing bubbles in a cup and in the water.

Each child learns at their own pace but feeling comfortable in the water is a great start 🐠.

Hello everyone,
swimming is finishing up for the year and what a wonderful year it’s been. I’m currently in the process of rebooking all of my regulars, then If I have spots I’ll be contacting people on the waitlist in the upcoming weeks.
