Come and join me for yoga this term!
Starting 2nd Feb - 30th March
Open to all levels, my classes offer a moment in time to come back to your body, your breath and to flow and move with intuition.
🌿 Tuesdays 6:30am “Mindful Morning Flow”
🌿 Wagga Beach - between the large kids equipment and Canoe Club/BBQ area
🌿 45min gentle flow - this shorter time slot is to allow time for an optional river dip or some extra moments of mindfulness (think journalling, breathwork, nature walk, meditation, duck watching, petting dogs walking by!) after class
🌿 I really encourage you to allow that extra 15min after class for that moment of mindfulness, to enjoy the peace and beauty by the water if you can 🤍
🌿 A small number of mats and blocks will be supplied
🌞 Saturday 8am “Dynamic Hatha Yoga”
🌞 Sangha Yoga Studio - 3/20 Tompson St
🌞 Slightly more dynamic flow suitable to all levels
🌞 Mats and props provided
🌞 Bring anything you think you may need (eye pillow, your own mat if you prefer, extra blanket, drink bottle)
