And...it's all over! Thank you so much to the Wagga Wagga skating community for engaging with us and supporting Twin City Skate over the past five years. We didn't want a big dramatic send-off, so we didn't hold some sort of specific party roller disco to end the era. Instead, we let people know this was our last weekend and they showed up in droves. This support meant so much to us.

Although Twin City Skate is closing in two weeks, we are super proud to announce the new direction we will be taking with the Australian Basketball Shooters League . In 2026 we will be travelling Australia-wide to run 100 events in a nationwide basketball shooting competition. We realise that all of our Twin City Skate followers may not be interested in basketball, but we would love you to support our new venture by following our ABSL page!

Our launch event is 27 Sep 2025 in Wagga Wagga, so we'd really appreciate your help in spreading the word about that, and about our national competition for 2026. 🏀🤩
