This week is Mental Health Week and this weekend I am co-hosting two 'Move for your Mental Health' classes with

These are Jungle Body classes that are a fusion of KONGA, VYPA and TYGA. Same great vibes and music as you get in our weekly classes.

We kick it off on Friday (tommorrow!!) with a class in the Valley.

Then we back it up on Saturday night with a FREE class at LSKD Rooftop in Loganholme (nice and close!!!)

There will be a LIVE DJ, loads of give-aways and a great fun vibe, it's the perfect Mental Health break and everyone is welcome!

Bring your friends, your siblings even your partners to Move for your Mental Health and raise funds for Lifeline.

We all know how important it is to look after our Mental Health and how movement can help in so many ways. This is a big philosophy of the Jungle Body that's why we love it so much. You always leave a class feeling happier, lighter and sweaty 😄
