1. Green Veggie & Egg Plate ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ
Ingredients:
๐ฅฆ Steamed broccoli
๐ฑ Fresh green beans
๐ฅ 2 boiled eggs, halved
Instructions:
Arrange broccoli, green beans, and eggs on the plate.
Drizzle with olive oil or a light vinaigrette.
2. Arugula & Corn Plate ๐ฝ๐ฅฌ
Ingredients:
๐ฅฌ Fresh arugula
๐ฝ 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
๐ฅ 3 boiled quail eggs
Instructions:
Place arugula as the base, adding corn and eggs on top.
Serve with a light lemon dressing.
3. Grilled Fish & Broccoli Plate ๐๐ฅฆ
Ingredients:
๐ Grilled fish fillet
๐ฅฆ 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
๐ฝ 1/4 cup corn kernels
Instructions:
Arrange fish, broccoli, and corn on the plate.
Add a small side of mustard or spicy dipping sauce.
4. Shrimp, Egg & Corn Plate ๐ค๐ฅ๐ฝ
Ingredients:
๐ค 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
๐ฅ 2 boiled eggs, halved
๐ฝ 1/4 cup corn
๐ฑ Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange shrimp, eggs, and corn neatly on the plate.
Sprinkle with salt and chili flakes for extra flavor.
5. Cucumber & Grilled Fish Plate ๐ฅ๐
Ingredients:
๐ Grilled fish fillet
๐ฅ 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
๐ฑ Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange fish, cucumber, and peas on the plate.
Serve with a side of lemon or garlic sauce.

Ingredients:
๐ฅฆ Steamed broccoli
๐ฅ 1/4 cup sliced cucumber

2 tbsp spicy tomato sauce
Instructions:
Plate broccoli, cucumber, and sauce in sections.
