Currently taking on Beta testers for online personal training 🙌🏼

Please shoot me a message if you or someone you know fits the following criteria;

- currently have a gym membership or some basic equipment at home

- can exercise 2-3 times a week (any type of exercise)

- don’t require face to face due to injury or being an absolute beginner to working out

Currently have 4-5 people in Beta, would love a few more of more varied situations to really stress test it!

A strong team and community 🚀

We pride ourselves on an all-inclusive, no ego approach to group training.

This has helped us continue to operate for 10 years with only the standard bumps along the road (flu epidemics, natural disasters, just the usual) barely slowing us down.

Born 1:08pm on the 6th of April at 2.93kgs and 53cm tall. A very sweet Easter gift 🐣

Frank was kind and curious but kept his distance when he first met her. Asking to hold her on his second visit.

Matilda, Wilhemina and I are now relaxing at as part of their partnership with where they have in-house midwives and all the baby gear in room, ready for our arrival 🤌🏼 unreal.
