Finding Space
In a world that moves fast and feels full, many people are trying to find even a small sense of calm.
A space to breathe.
A space to slow down.
A space to come back to themselves.
Calm is not something we force — it’s something we learn to return to, even in small moments throughout the day.
Sometimes it’s a slower breath.
Sometimes it’s stepping outside for a moment of stillness.
Sometimes it’s simply noticing, “I am here.”
We don’t always need to escape the world to find space within it.
We just need to keep coming back to it, gently.
