Today we celebrated the life of my incredible Nan — at the age of 101!

She lived a big, beautiful, and inspirational life. Often too busy having a good time to stay on the phone with me for too long 🤣🤣 but always there to support me at every dance concert, right up until the very end.

She taught me card games, made me laugh, sewed extra outfits for all my dolls (and then later, taught me to sew too — threading the needle for me even in her 90s, despite horrible arthritis).

She was confident, outgoing, and wonderfully outspoken — never afraid to share her opinion or go after what she wanted (…wonder where I got it from 😅). But everyone adored her, because she stood up for what was right, for people who didn’t have a voice, and she gave so selflessly — knitting clothes for the staff’s children at her care home even in her final weeks.

I remember reading the book she wrote about her life — all the dress-up parties and plays she put on — and thinking, “Ahh, THIS is where I get it from!” Because it definitely wasn’t from Mum and Dad 😆

I truly idolised my Nan. I looked up to her in so many ways. She was still giving me business advice at 99, always looked stunning, and handled incredible physical pain with grace.

She was resilient. She was generous. She was magnetic.
And she was the best Nan a girl could have asked for.

I’m so grateful I got so many years with her. She showed me how to live a full, bold, joyful life — and I’ll carry that with me always.

Balance & Recovery – Your Body’s Secret Weapon

Tuesday mornings just got a whole lot more intentional.
Join me at 7:15am every Tuesday for a class that’s gentle on your body, big on impact.

We’ll move with purpose—focusing on foot health, joint mobility, stability, breath, and nervous system recovery. It’s the kind of work that helps you bounce back faster, move more freely, and stop those sneaky injuries before they even start.

Perfect for anyone who:
• Lifts heavy

• Has feet (seriously, foot health is everything)

1. Pick your cardio.
I went with skipping (check slide 3), but if you don’t have a rope or can’t skip, there are plenty of options in slide 1!

2. Set your timer.
I did 60 seconds of cardio—but adjust based on your fitness level and the intensity of the movement (e.g. I would NOT do 60 seconds of burpees… no thanks!!)

3. Choose a second, lower-impact move.
I picked push-ups. Can’t do them on the floor yet? No worries—use a bench, couch or coffee table. I aimed for 10–12 reps.

4. REST.
Take at least 20 seconds to let your heart rate drop a little. This is key to proper HIIT and improving your heart health.

5. Repeat!
I did 5 rounds for a total of 10 minutes—but start with 3 if that’s your pace today.

And just like that, I’m warm, energised, and ready to roll into the rest of the day!

Next Wednesday 5:45 PM – one night only!

A chance to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give it exactly what it needs. Expect a mix of gentle movement, mobility, breathwork, and balance training to help you feel calm, strong, and grounded.

Perfect if you’ve been hitting the gym hard, feeling a bit stiff, or just need some space to reset mid-week.

$10 for current clients

HIRING: Casual Group Trainer – Wantirna (One Night a Week to Start)

I’m looking for a friendly, qualified trainer to run one evening of small group fitness sessions in Wantirna each week. This could grow into more, but for now it’s just a casual start — perfect for someone looking to get experience, earn some extra income, and work in a supportive, welcoming environment.

You’d be running group classes for mostly women but also men of all fitness levels, with a focus on helping them feel strong, confident, and capable. I’m all about realistic, empowering training — no pressure, no extremes.

What I’m looking for:
• Cert III/IV qualified (or very close to it)
• Reliable, down-to-earth, and good with people
• Confident running small group sessions
• Passionate about helping women move and feel better in their bodies

What I’m offering:
• Paid group class work (one night a week)
• Opportunity to use the space for your own PT clients if you’re building your base
• Supportive and flexible setup with lots of room to grow
