Healthy eating is important for so many reasons such as:

• Fuelling your body
• Acquiring necessary nutrients
• Lowering your risk of diseases
• Increasing longevity
• Promoting optimal mental and physical well-being
And the main reason why so many clients seek my help, is to loose weight.

Our pre-conceived notions of healthy are bland and colourless 🤷‍♀️. Reality is healthy food options taste and look gorgeous. Colour, smell and taste all mixed together enhance the enjoyment of your meal.

This is what a 1500 calorie day looks like 😍
Thank you to my lovely client Leigh for sharing her meals with us.

📣 Introducing Miss Erin 📣

This incredible lady decided to join my accountability program last year in June.
Erin had no idea what was about to happen and how much her life was going to change 😅

Erin took all the information that was given to her and utilised the tools that were shown on how to improve her lifestyle.

8 months later and a whopping 28kgs🤩 lighter, Erin has an abundance of energy and is more full of life than ever before!!!

Well done Erin. 🥰
Your hard work and dedication in improving yourself has definitely paid off. 💕

🗣 Let’s talk about emotional eating…..🗣

Do you find yourself staring into the pantry or fridge when you are feeling down or stressed?

Do you have a sweet tooth 🍭 or is your temptation savoury 🥨

Finding comfort in food is very common for a lot of us.
Feeling sad or having negative emotions may lead to a feeling of emptiness, or an emotional void.
Food is believed to be a way of filling that void and creating a false sense of feeling whole.
Although this may help in the moment, eating because of negative emotions often leaves a person feeling more upset than before 😔

Finding other ways to deal with your emotions is the first step to overcoming emotional eating.
Writing down your thoughts and feelings in a journal 📔, meditating 🧘‍♀️, reading a book 📚 or exercising ⛹️ are only a few suggestions to help you relax.

Remember that food may ease your emotions initially, but looking deeper into the feelings behind the hunger is very important in the long term.

May all your wishes and dreams come true!

I’d love to introduce you to one of my longest clients and dear friend, Louise Graham. ♥️

We’ve taken a beautiful journey together these past 12 months. Louise started her nutrition journey to feel and look her best self at her eldest daughter’s wedding in July ‘21.

Starting out at 81 in January.
Currently checking in at 65🥰🥲

It has been my privilege to watch Louise grow in confidence, self awareness, strength and knowledge throughout our time together.

Our journey is no longer solely focused on weight loss😁 we’ve now refocused and aim to continue with lean muscle gain and health conscious choices.

Thank you Louise for trusting me with your nutrition journey and I can not wait to see what the future holds.
