⚡️WHY I TRAIN THE WAY I DO⚡️
Hybrid model
- I lift heavy
- I lift light
- I lift fast
- I lift slow
- I run long distance
- I run short distance
- I train like a bodybuilder
- I train like a endurance athlete
- I train Olympic lifting
- I train with body weight movements
- I train with groups
- I train alone
Why on earth do I do that ?
1 - Becoming bored with your training is the fastest way to give up. Variety is key to staying interested.
2 - Pigeon hole training, where is the fun in saying all I do is run or lift weights. Learn different movements & try different training styles. Challenging the body to adapt and overcome is the best gift we can give to it.
3 - I want to be strong,fit & healthy. I’m planning on being here not just for a long time but a GOOD TIME. I want to be exploring, travelling, climbing mountains until the day I die.
4 - I want the option the stay and fight or run for my life if ever I get approached by a saber tooth 🐅
