Real results take time, they take consistency and they require effort.
The only way for REAL and LONG TERM results to STICK…is to be consistent.
This means small changes to your daily habits over time. You don’t have to be the fittest, the strongest or be at 100% everyday - but you do need to keep moving daily, eat clean, sleep well, stay hydrated and prioritise recovery and self care.
You would take your car regularly to be serviced so why wouldn’t you do this for your own body?
