One of our regular faces, Micky, has earned himself a spot in this Sunday’s TCS Sydney Marathon, lining up just behind the global elite runners. What an achievement! 👏

Micky has been a regular Tuesday night social player at Greenacres for years and is always happy to help out — whether it’s filling in on a Saturday or cooking up a mean BBQ at our events. 🎾🔥

A disciplined and dedicated athlete, we’re so proud to see one of our own taking on this challenge.

The race is live on SBS early Sunday morning, so keep an eye out for Micky! 📺🏃‍♂️

Great work Dragons!

All six of our Winter Pennant teams are semi finalists!

Tomorrow we have our Div 7 and Div 10 Men’s Singles teams playing at Dragon HQ, our Div 5 Women’s Singles and Div 14 Men’s Singles teams playing at our home away from home at Clearview, our Div 1 Women’s Doubles team playing away at Morphettville, and our Div 15 Men’s Singles team playing away at Norwood.

🐉🎶 THE DRAGON SHUFFLE — LOVE OF MUSIC FUNDRAISER! 🎶🐉

Do you have a favourite song? 🎵

Help us raise funds for our Greenacres Dragons National Team, who are heading to the Gold Coast, 16-18 October, to represent Greenacres Tennis Club on the national stage! 🎾🐉

🎶 NOMINATE YOUR SONGS

For $20, you can nominate TWO songs for our Dragon Shuffle Playlist.
🎵 Choose any genre
🎵 You can purchase multiple entries
🎵 Each song must be unique
🎵 You must provide the song title and artist
🎵 Maximum 50 songs

Your nominated songs will form the Dragon Shuffle Playlist, which will be played at our upcoming Junior/Senior Tournament.

🚨 Please choose family-friendly songs. Songs with excessive explicit language or inappropriate content may not be accepted.

If you nominate a song that has already been selected, we’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to choose another song.

💰 HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Once all 50 songs have been nominated, invoices will be issued.

Your songs will only be added to the Dragon Shuffle Playlist once your invoice has been paid.

🏆 WIN $150!
Once the 50-song playlist is complete, we’ll put the Dragon Shuffle into action, with one lucky song nomination winning $150!

💰 The remaining proceeds will go directly towards supporting our Greenacres Dragons National Team as they head to the Gold Coast.

And you DON’T have to be a Dragons member to enter!

We’re super excited and incredibly proud that our Dragons have earned their place at the Tennis Australia National League Finals on the Gold Coast, from 16–18 October!

🏆ONE OF ONLY 4 SA TEAMS SELECTED FROM 32 TEAMS NATIONWIDE!🏆

What an incredible achievement! The Dragons are among just four South Australian teams chosen to compete against premiership-winning teams from across Australia at this exciting new national club event.
