🙌🏼 THE LAST HURRAH 🙌🏼
We sure went out with a bang!!!! What an incredible group of women. As disappointed everyone is that their gym is closing, the gals banded together to make sure our last celebration was a memorable one! Kicked off with a surprise stretch hummer and an epic night full of laughter and fun at 4 Pines Brewery.

Over 3,500 Squad sessions later, it’s time to call the final set, last rep and rack the weights.

As we head into our final week of workouts, there’s a mix of emotion and gratitude as we reflect on what’s been and look ahead to what’s next.

To all past and present Squad members: this community was everything. The gym may be closing, but the bonds and memories will last forever.

Thank you for 8 unforgettable years.
