AIT’s sessions will be located at Vibe Fitness Morphett Vale, lasting around 60 minutes! If you’re not a member of Vibe, do not worry! As part of being a client with AIT, you will get FREE VISITS WHEN PERSONAL TRAINING!

Your first session will generally be devoted to assessing your fitness level, talking about the exercise you already do, getting health and injury history, and setting goals (unless you have already purchased a plan)! This is flexible.

After your initial 1 on 1 personal training session, you’ll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises and any other activities that relate to your goals! Don’t hesitate! Better yourself!

A little intro into who I am! My names Bailey and I’m a qualified personal trainer. I’m a laid back bloke that loves a laugh and joke around! Although I’m laid back, when it’s time to put in the work, i’m super determined and keen to be the best possible person I can be!

A huge part of my life is friends and family! I’m extremely lucky to have the support of my loving parents and older brother, as well as my close friends. Something key to me is balance. For me, balance means letting your hair down on occasions and simply enjoying life!

Outside of work I love to kick the footy around, playing for Glenelg and Christie’s Beach Football Club! I love walks down the beach with a coffee and heading to cold rock for a sneaky dessert! I love watching the AFL and supporting my Gold Coast Suns!
