Here’s a little video of a client that had a diagnosis of ankylospondilitis. He struggled to walk, couldn’t raise his arms above shoulder height and was in constant pain. Once they got him on a medication that elevated some symptoms we were able to get him to this point. Never give up ✊🏼💪🏼🙏🏼

After collapsing on the floor when we finished our session a beautiful Sweat Angel was left behind. Since starting with me this young man has lost 28kg of body fat, all the credit goes to him. At the end of the day “You “ are responsible for the results you want. Seeing a personal trainer once a week and and expecting a miracle is delusional, it’s the work that’s done in between that truly counts. Eating clean and putting in the hard yards, much respect for those that are willing to stick to their goals and chase after it.

Awesome day cornering the junior team from Gladiator Wrestling at the WA Cup, definitely had my work cut out for me with 3.5hrs of nonstop passionate yelling and woohooing. The end result was well worth it with 8 of the 11 kids medaling, 6 Gold 1 silver 1 Bronze. Needless to say all competitors gave their all and seeing the improvement across the board shows that this sport is really coming into its own and getting the recognition it deserves. Wrestling is probably the most gruelling sport out there and if you have never trained let alone competed you’ll truly never understand. Much respect for all who competed today ✊🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🤼

This a client who has recently took on our services. from wanted to build strength and drop some body fat for an upcoming BJJ comp unbeknownst that I was a coach at . So he jumped at the chance to up his takedown game. In the last 2 weeks we’ve been drilling techniques through PT sessions and the improvement seen today is undeniable. Can’t wait to see this man become a monster and tear it up on the mat. With the postponed it’s going to give us time to take him to the next level ✊🏼💪🏼🙏🏼

This is Risebourough (the handsome fella on the right) one of our foundation members. He came to me 5 weeks ago stating he was going to compete in his first BJJ competition but needed to drop weight to make the category he signed up for. With some dietary advice and PT session every week working on his strength, muscular endurance and grappling techniques he has dropped 5.5kg in 4 weeks!!! Can’t wait to see his progress this week ✊🏼💪🏼🙏🏼🤼🥋
