How to choose which weight is right for you and your goals🏋️
First choose a weight you know positively you can lift. If you struggle to lift it for 8 reps, it's too heavy for you. If you have done 12 reps and still have energy for more you need to choose a more challenging weight but remember a weight you can handle using good form☑️
We recommend a rep range of 8-12 and 3 sets of each exercise👌
Lift at least 3 days per week, eat well, eat enough protein and supplement your lifting with some cardio(should be done after lifting or on the days you don't lift).
