San Choy Bow ๐ฅฌ the perfect light lunch or dinner to add to your meal prep rotation

INGREDIENTS
- 500g Extra lean beef mince
- 1x packet of Lee K*m Keeโs San Choy Bow ready sauce
- Lettuce cups
- 100g Carrots
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Garlic
- Olive oil spray
METHOD
- Spray olive oil in a pan and fry chopped shallots, garlic, carrots along with minced meat
- Once meat is cooked, add San Choy Bow ready sauce and let simmer for a few minutes
- Divide mixture into 3 portions and serve in lettuce leaves with chopped shallots as garnish
