So exciting Darren is coming back to Brookvale to teach for us this weekend. He is the first male Bikram yoga teacher in Australia and he has been teaching for 20 years (quite easy on the eye as well).
Classes Friday 9.30am, Saturday 6am & Sunday 5pm

Its been awhile since I posted here. the build now coming to it's conclusion I am preparing to get back into teaching on a more consistent basis.
Being in Two Rocks I am located the most Northern Suburb of Perth before it turns rural. First I plan to get the bikram series into a few gyms and then possibly toying with the idea of starting another school.
Also I am heading to Sydney on the 5th of May for a round of classes at Darlinghurst and Brookvale. Stay tuned for dates and times

Hey guys, I will be at Phoenix Yoga, Maroochydore this Saturday for posture clinic. I will be going into the standing series and giving some tips and tricks that I have found add to the practice. Starts at 12 noon and finishes at 3pm. Then I teach class at 4pm. Come along...it's gonna be fab.
