We have had an amazing year for 2025.
We welcomed our new instructors Riley and and Tess .lifeandpilates welcomed her new bub Teddy.

Thanks to all of our wonderful clients for the support, understanding with class changes as well as plenty of laughs throughout the year. We have such a fabulous community and we hope that you all have a joyful festive break.

The Studio will be closed for classes from 20th December until 5th January. We have planned some casual pop up classes throughout January, and our term 1 class timetable will begin on February 2nd 2026.

Final chance to attend classes at The Studio for 2025 this week. Classes are filling up quickly. This is your last chance to use your class passes before they expire at the end of this week. As a fun way to say thankyou, we are running a small giveaway. A pair of grip socks is up for grabs in each class this week! Winner selected at random, the more classes you attend, the more chances of winning. Good luck and thanks again for a wonderful 2025!

Monday timetable update

Class numbers have been small and our instructors have shuffled around a little bit. Unfortunately that means we have cancelled the 9am & 10am Monday reformer classes for the remainder of the term.
Monday 6am reformer class will continue to run with .lifeandpilates as the instructor.
Monday afternoon classes with remain unchanged.
Be sure to sign up on Momence to make the most of the last 3 weeks of term.

200 classes! We had a big milestone in The Studio this week. Lisa has attended 200 classes since our opening just over 2 years ago! What an achievement. We had a tote bag made in our signature olive green to recognise her commitment to her Pilates practice 💚
