As our fundraising journey wraps up, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank the absolute warriors who made the Great Wheelbarrow Race possible! 💪 💛 💜

To our amazing team:
Andi, Jeneece, Alissa, Abbey, Tammy, Lacey, Emily, Nikki, Aiden, Jaydon, Sam, and to our incredible support crew including Chris (our legendary bus driver) and Jason (our top-notch team marshall) — this wouldn’t have happened without each and every one of you.

This was more than just a race. It was an experience that touched all of our lives — filled with laughter, teamwork, blisters, sweat, and unforgettable memories. 💥💛

Thank you for bringing the energy, the heart, and the spirit. Fun was had. Memories were made. And we did something amazing together. 🙌

As our fundraising efforts come to a close, we are incredibly proud to announce that — with your amazing support — we’ve raised $11,019 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation! 💛✨

🏁 The Great Wheelbarrow Race – DONE & DUSTED! 🏁

What a weekend! A massive shoutout to our incredible bus driver Chris Condon – you had the toughest job of all, and we can't thank you enough for driving our bus, taking care of us, & making our safety your priority # 1 🚍

👏 Big thanks to Team Marshall Jason Vipiana, who took one for the team and sustained the only injury of the weekend... while climbing over a fence to have a beer with mates! 😅 Hope you’re healing up mate! We really appreciate your time & the fantastic job you did 🙏

And to our legendary support crew – we seriously would have been lost without you! Thank you Asho Ashley Condon, Stumpy Clancy Bolton, Deb Debbie Petersen, Rylee, Stella Stella Cunningham, and all the awesome kids for ferrying our vehicles, packing up & setting up camp, and keeping our spirits high all weekend! We appreciate each & every one of you! 💛

Almaden ➡️ Chillagoe
33 kms in 2 hrs 4 mins Average pace

We are so extremely proud of our team & our performance. We had so much fun & left nothing in the tank! This is certainly an experience we will remember & cherish for a long time ✨
