Meet Mohammed 🏄♂️Mohammad was diagnosed with autism at 2 years old. His Mum was looking for more water time for her son, after seeing how much he loved his pool sessions with AllInaqua - he and his family are originally from the city of Gaza, Palestine. This was not only Mohammed’s first time in the ocean, practising surfing, but his first time on a beach.
Despite stepping into the unknown, Mohammed trusted the Bombora surf team and AllInaqua to face his fears and broke through many barriers. He didn’t want to come in at the end of a session! Always a good sign.
This is what inclusive water journeys look like. We are so proud of Mohammed and team for his successful first surf sesh!
