At our 2026 Awards Day, President Jatinder Singh reflected on our first season, the work behind the scenes and the people who made it possible.

Coaches help shape how learning feels. Instead of correcting everything at once, choose one action and explain it simply. Invite the player to describe what they understood, then give them another opportunity to try. A respectful tone keeps feedback focused on the task and leaves room for the player to speak.

The TNFC Junior Mindset, Confidence & Wellbeing Program is an educational and developmental initiative built around football, family and community. Stronger Minds. Stronger Players. Stronger Community.

There is plenty to enjoy in the basics. A simple passing activity can give girls room to explore movement, timing and working together. Adults can encourage curiosity and notice the effort involved in trying something unfamiliar. Learning does not need to become a comparison with the person beside you.

The TNFC Women & Girls Football Participation Program is about participation and belonging across club life. Her Game. Her Role. Her Club.
