Evolve Boxing Club in Cairns for hosting us and putting on an incredible sparring session today! 🥊🔥

We got some elite rounds in yesterday, pushing our limits and getting some incredible work done. We really appreciate the top-tier hospitality that made us feel right at home after traveling up to Cairns.

Iron sharpens iron, and we are incredibly grateful for the high-level work and respect shown by everyone.

It’s always good to see the familiar faces of the Freedom Boxing squad locking in and showing up. 🤛

A massive shout-out to absolutely everyone who supported our two girls at the 2026 Australian Schools Boxing Championships in Brisbane!

They left everything in the ring, fought like absolute warriors, and are officially bringing home two national silver medals. 🏆
We couldn't have done this without our incredible village. A huge thank you.

Second in the nation is a massive achievement, and this is just the beginning for these two superstars. Thank you all for the love and belief—on to the next one! 💪

Hinemoa fought hard but came up short today and didnt get the win. Thank you to everyone that gave their words of support today and all our family that showed up at the centre to cheer her on, we are forever greatful. Always proud and as always we LEARN we GROW.
