Who says you can’t get a spicy workout in working with mostly your bodyweight? 😜
Accumulate 60 Burpees for the ‘Buy In’ while sticking to the ‘Death By’ principal with the SDLHP’s (1 in the first minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third etc.)
This EMOM stops when entering the 6 round onslaught, only to reset back at 1 when starting the remainder of the workout, to which you will continue to adhere to for the remainder of the 35 min time cap.
*score is total SDLHP’s accumulated in REMAINDER portion of workout.
