Luxury Catamaran
Aquila is a luxury customised catamaran offering lunch time, sunset and customised private charter cruises for up to 12 passengers.

Aquila offers the comfort and stability of a luxury power cat.

When arriving onboard you will be greeted by our Captain Al and deckhand/duty manager Donna with a glass of champagne, wine, craft beer or soft drink.

On the lunch time cruise we will find a safe anchorage where you can swim, snorkel or lie safely on the immersible dive platform enjoying the water. A local seafood lunch and gourmet deli platter of meats and cheeses and breads will be served. Dietary requirements will always be accommodated so please let us know ahead of time.

Our sunset cruise allows you to experience the bay at its most glorious with a glass of champagne, wine, craft beer or soft drink and a platter of local seafood, meats and cheeses.

As Aquila will be exclusively yours for the tour, let us customise the day for your event whether is be a special luncheon for a significant birthday, your special day or a proposal.

So we left the rod out! Caught a hammerhead juvenile in Nara Inlet. Luckily it wasn’t in a fighting state when Arthur saw it. And luckily I didn’t go for a swim. Wouldn’t wanted to have met it’s parents 🦈

So after a temporary hiatus we are back on the water. Spent a few days at Gloucester Island before heading to Whitehaven beach. Even caught a marlin on the way!

So excited to see my first ‘wild’ koala. I’ve been here for 25 years and this is the first one. Went on a beaut walk around the WW2 forts on Magnetic Island. Great views and a kangaroo 🦘 too 🐨
