🌟RESULTS - 8th March 2026🌟

22 brave athletes endured less than ideal conditions to compete in our last competition for the season. Even though the track may have been a bit damp there were a number of PB’s and age group records broken at our Toowoomba meet.

Thanks again to all those who helped run the shortened program today under trying conditions, without your help these events would not happen.

A big shout out to everyone who competed this season, we had a total of 79 athletes compete throughout the season which exceeded our expectations. It has been great to see everyone enjoying themselves and encouraging all competitors with most having not competed since they were kids.

We are close to having our website up and running, in the meantime please keep checking our page for some training/coaching sessions that we will try and run for those who are interested over the winter months. We intend to start competing again in September so keep an eye out for updates as we get closer.

Finally I want to personally say thank you to all the committee members who helped get our club up and running. It may have taken a little longer than we would have liked but I think we have created a great environment for adults of all abilities to get back into enjoying athletics again.

💪 ASN Toowoomba will also be there with supplement samples and expert advice to help you perform at your best.

🌭 And to celebrate our first season and the amazing support we’ve received, TMA will be putting on a sausage sizzle for all competitors and their supporters—so make sure you hang around after your events!

What a weekend! Toowoomba Masters Athletics was out in force at the QMA State Championships, with plenty of familiar faces tearing up the track and giving it their all in the field events.

A huge congratulations to all our athletes — whether you competed, smashed a PB, or came home with a medal!

Toowoomba Masters Athletics has been asked to officiate the shot put this weekend at the Little Athletics Regional Championships and we are looking for a few more volunteers to help run it. The events run from approx 8:30am-1:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. If you can lend a hand, even if it’s only for a couple of hours, it would be much appreciated.
