B1: 3x8 Pin Press | B2: 3x12 Seated Row
C1: 3x10 Dumbbell Pull Overs | C2: 3x15 Incline Hammer Curls
D1: 3x8 Smith Machine Jefferson Curls | D2: 3x15 Cable Crossover Tricep Pushdown

🔥 Peninsula Cup 2026 🔥

Squat - 200kg (Equal PB)
Bench - 110kg (Equal PB)
Deadlift - 220kg (Equal PB)
Total - 530kg

All previous PB’s I was 7.5kg heavier 😆 3rd overall in my weight class, so a pretty damn good day I must say! 🔥

Certainly pushed to my limits! Failed my 3rd attempt at bench of 115kg and that’s okay!

Such an incredible day, such an incredible sport and such incredible people! Well done to all the other lifters!! Thank you to the spotters, refs, volunteers and anyone else who made this day happen 💪🏻

Big shot out to Chelsea .vault.gym for handling myself and others on the day (while it was your birthday) you’ve done an incredible job and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you!!

This is your reminder that progress doesn’t require perfection — just consistency and commitment.

Over the last 9 weeks:
✅ Dropped body fat
✅ Maintained and even added muscle
✅ Stayed consistent with strength training
✅ Didn’t stick to the plan perfectly, but didn’t give up either

Small, steady steps really do add up.
Trust the process. Back yourself. Stay consistent. 💪

If you’re on your own journey — remember this:
👉 Imperfect action beats no action.
👉 You won’t always feel motivated, but you can stay disciplined.
👉 You’re always one good decision away from being back on track.

Bootcamp next Saturday 21st June 8am at Rutter Park in Tooradin!

This is replacing the normal timetable Bootcamp class in the gym, but we’ll be going to the oval for more space and more old school Bootcamp vibes 🏃‍♀️

You will still notice there are 2 classes in the MyClub Fitness app. One for the gym, one for Rutter Park. Please book in for both.

If the weather is good, we’ll be going to Rutter Park. If it’s raining, we’ll be back in the gym.

If you are doing the 12 Week Challenge - we highly encourage you to come!

We would also love to see more of Tooradin and we are offering $15 casuals

If it scares you.. good 😊 achieving your goals requires you to get out of your comfort zone. We can’t wait to challenge you 🚀
