Things I’ve said as a pt that has definitely pi**ed some people off 😘
-Nothing changes if nothing changes. Be prepared to make some routine changes in order to see results. 💡
-If you’re speeding through your workouts and not “needing the rest time”, ask yourself why! Muscle growth is built through progressive overload, not half-fasting efforts. 🏋️♀️
-STOP looking for a quick fix or magic pill and start prioritising your long term health. 💊
