-Nothing changes if nothing changes. Be prepared to make some routine changes in order to see results. 💡

-If you’re speeding through your workouts and not “needing the rest time”, ask yourself why! Muscle growth is built through progressive overload, not half-fasting efforts. 🏋️‍♀️

-STOP looking for a quick fix or magic pill and start prioritising your long term health. 💊

A conversation I have with my husband almost weekly… 😂 But it is the difference between seeing results, and caving into those ‘cravings’ too often! 🚩

Meal 1. A large quarter pounder meal with a coke from Maccas 🍟

A disturbing 1188 calories, 35g protein and packed full of saturated fat and preservatives.

Meal 2. The same vibe cooked in my kitchen! Homemade cheeseburger, Spudlite chippies and a coke no sugar 🥔
