When you get your workout done on Monday, you're far more likely to stay consistent throughout the rest of the week.

You build momentum, create positive habits, and start ticking off goals before life has a chance to get in the way.

In our Strength & Conditioning classes, we're not just turning up and exercising for the sake of it.

Every session is part of a bigger plan.

We use progressive overload principles to gradually challenge the body over time, helping you build strength, improve fitness, and continue making progress week after week.

The members who achieve the best results aren't always the most talented or the fittest when they start. They're the ones who show up consistently, week after week, and trust the process.

🔥 WINTER WARRIORS - UPDATE 🔥

A huge shout out to our Winter Warriors who have been showing up, putting in the work, and building momentum!

The results speak for themselves. Across the group we're seeing an average weight loss of 2-3kg, with many members also losing 2-3cm from their waist measurements.

But what I'm most proud of isn't the numbers.

It's the consistency.

These legends have been turning up 3-4 times each week, training when it's cold, training when they're tired, and proving that small actions repeated consistently create real results.

🔥 TOP 10 ATTENDEES – MAY 🔥

A huge congratulations to our Top 10 attendees for May! 👏

Every month we recognise the members who consistently show up, put in the work, and make their health and fitness a priority.

A special shout out goes to Jane, who topped the attendance board again this month with an incredible 19 sessions completed! 🏆

Not only was Jane our number one attendee in April, but she's backed it up again in May. That's not luck, motivation, or a quick burst of enthusiasm. That's consistency.

The truth is, results come from showing up. Not when it's convenient. Not when you feel like it. But week after week, month after month.

What I love most about our community is that nobody does it alone. Every early morning alarm, every workout completed, every challenge overcome is supported by a team of people all working towards becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

The Top 10 isn't about being the fittest person in the room. It's about commitment. It's about making a promise to yourself and keeping it.

Congratulations to everyone who made the list this month. You should be incredibly proud of yourselves. 👏

I'm doing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

This target represents the 3,307 people who died by su***de in Australia in 2024 (the most recent stats).

🔥 This morning’s Strength & Conditioning session, a new class at 5am because these legends have been showing up in open gym and I wanted to celebrate them!

Not random.
Not thrown together.
Not just “work hard and sweat.”
