Meet one of our amazing World Gym Beresfield members, who has been training with us since the day our doors opened!

For the past 9 months, she’s been working with Ty and is now 15 weeks into her FMG bodybuilding prep. 🏋🏼‍♀️

But her transformation has been about so much more than the number on the scales. A full body recomp, incredible strength gains and, most importantly, a completely different relationship with food.
