In light of Mental Health Awareness Day on Monday of this week, I thought I'd share this with you all.
Always remember that the way you look, or your physical health, is not the only aspect of health we should be working on. How you feel on the inside is super important, if you don't feel good about yourself on the inside, no amount of weight loss or change to your physical appearance is going to magically fix that.
Fix the issues within. There are plenty of people out there to support you. Getting help is never an issue. It's the best thing you could ever do for yourself. You are not weak to get support, you're actually extremely strong. Make sure you have a good group of people around you who will support you.
