We've got several months until the out-of-this-world experience of the SA Track Ultra!

Which is several months to demystify the process :) We plan to regularly post insights - a training tip, a "benefit to a track ultra", a bit of history about track ultras, an idea of how to prevent blisters, a heads up about the food options...
