Manningham United and Football Victoria at the Disability, Sport and Recreation awards: Hosted by Paralympian javelin thrower Maddie Hogan, our own Anna Di Pietrantonio was recognised in the volunteer of the year category. Football Victoria’s All Abilities program coordinator Selin Arpaci took out the administrator of the year award, photographed here with Anna, Paul and Karen Pearce OAM (exec. manager of equity, growth and development at FV). Many inspirational programs and people around the state made a very memorable night. Well done Anna from all at MUFC.

Quite the day yesterday as our All Abilities participants braved some pretty wet and wild weather to represent Manningham United in the FV Football for All Gala day at the Home of the Matildas, Bundoora. The two junior development teams (12-19 years' olds) plus the Junior team (7-13 years olds) scored plenty of goals and represented the club with pride. Thanks to the amazing group of coaches who made the day what it was.

On Saturday, the club welcomed over 70 all-abilities players to Petty's Reserve from Northcote FC, Barnstoneworth FC, Whittlesea United, Footscray Rangers and Manningham United as we hosted the final round of the Football Victoria junior (up to 12 y.o.) and junior development (13-18 y.o.) league games.
It was a pleasure to watch the matches being played in such a great spirit , as well as the teams, parents and carers enjoy the sausage sizzle and sunshine post-game.
