This sambar hind knew something wasn't quite right as i sat 35 metres away videoing her. A windy day made her cautious, and she tried the old double look to catch me moving when i wasn't expecting it. Sambar are the greatest of teachers for those wanting to fine tune their stalking, hunting and videoing skills.

Barry took this awesome bull buffalo in Zimbabwe. Heavy bosses that are rock hard make it a trophy to remember. His Lamellar ContraCAM Fade worked very well in the semi open habitat he hunted in. Great effort.

This boar came into water during the heat of the day and was taken with a double lung shot. Late summer can be a great time with outback animals concentrated and needing to regularly drink.
