Inverleigh Riding Club CELEBRATING OVER 30 YEARS! Welcome to the Inverleigh Riding Club Facebook. We offer each rider the best available tuition each month at club rally days.

Inverleigh Riding Club was established in 1982 and is a well known, vibrant club with healthy membership. The club also subsidises a portion of members tuition at club days and by holding competitions that expose our members to prepare for higher grades and qualifying events. Inverleigh Riding Club ensures that club funds are distributed evenly over each riding level, this way Inverleigh Riding Cl

ub can encourage growth and education, so that all riders can reach their optimum in a controlled and safe environment. Inverleigh Riding Club has a great track record for producing 'top riders'. Members have represented Victoria and Australia in national and international events in jumping, dressage and three day eventing. We are an important part of the state wide riding scene. Situated at the Leighdale Equestrian Centre in Teesdale. We meet on the third Sunday of the month. New members are always welcome. Inverleigh Riding Club Objectives:

To encourage all types of sport connected with horses, ponies and riding to provide instruction on horsemanship and horse management in a safe and friendly environment.

Riders gave great feedback from
Sundays rally with instructor Jen Mainland. There were dressage and jumping lessons provided and everyone enjoyed lunch in the sun together. No better way to spend a Sunday 😊

RULES EFFECTIVE 1st JULY DRESSAGE RULES USE OF VOICE Dressage Rules Amended to read: 24.1 The use of the rider’s voice during a test is permitted for the purpose of encouraging or rewarding the horse, provided it is appropriate, discreet, and not excessive or continual. Tongue clicking is regarded as a form of vocal aid and is permitted under the same conditions. 24.2 Excessive, inappropriate, or disruptive vocalisation will be treated as an error of test. The judge will stop the test, advise the rider of the breach, and apply a deduction of 2 marks to the relevant movement. Any further occurrences will result in the test being stopped again and additional penalties being applied in accordance with DR 23.3.

Naomi Gollings is our May 17th rally instructor offering flat, poles and jumping lessons.
She has competed to FEI Prix St George and currently trains horses of varying levels from 3yo to training Grand Prix and everything in between.
She coaches riders of all ages and abilities on all sorts of breeds.
