On our recent GOW overnight hike we trail tested a bunch of On Track Meals and my favourite had to be the Spicy Mexican Beans!

These are perfect paired with some crunchy mission tortilla chips. Honestly, no need for spoons, just grab a chip, scoop up the bean mix and shove it straight in!

We also tried the Australian Steak and All Day Breakfast meals and they were all super easy to heat and full of flavour.

for those looking for a Pack Free walking experience of the Three Capes and Tasman Peninsula without the burden of carrying a heavy multi-day hiking pack. Our Three Capes guided Pack-Free walking experience explores the natural beauty of the Tasman Peninsula in the far south-east corner of Tasmania, a region famous for its three spectacular capes featuring the highest, vertical seas cliffs in Australia and a dramatic coastline of caves and towering sea stacks.

Join Life's an Adventure and walk Kosciuszko National Park in NSW for the ultimate alpine walking adventure. The Snowy Mountains in NSW is a popular place in winter for skiing enthusiasts, but in spring, summer and autumn it becomes a haven for walkers keen to explore its stunning peaks, beautiful snow gum forests and impressive waterfalls. In early summer the alpine meadows erupt with colourful wildflowers whilst the tarns and lakes sparkle like bright jewels.
