Hi beautiful new friends, I’m Em 👋

I’ve just opened a boutique 2-bed Reformer Pilates studio in Maroochydore.

A little about me:
I’m a total lover of movement in all its forms. I’m a rookie triathlete, skater, surfer, snowboarder, paraglider, and dancer 🙌.

Movement is my joy, and my passion is making it fun, functional, and sustainable so you can keep doing what you love - and keep injuries at bay - long into life.

✨ On top of it all, I’m currently studying Sports Science — because I’m obsessed with anatomy and the way we move. The more I learn, the better I can support you in moving well, staying strong, and doing what you love for longer.

My studio is tucked away in Maroochydore, this cozy studio is for anyone wanting to feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their body — whether you’re just starting your journey or you’re already chasing performance goals.

🌊✨ Introducing… This School Holidays! ✨🌊

🚀 Pilates for Board Sport Lovers (and anyone keen to add a little spice to their training!)

📅 When: Wednesday, 8:00am
📍 Where: Allambie St, Maroochydore
Cost: $40 per person
(3 ppl max per class - super private)

Whether you surf, skate, snowboard 🏄‍♀️🛹🏂 … or just want to challenge your body in a whole new way, this session is for YOU. Think strength, balance, and core power – all with a twist of fun.

💡 What is it?
We’ll kick off with a warm-up and stretch on the reformer, flow into core and muscle-specific exercises to fire up your board sport performance, then head out the back by the pool for Skate Pilates 🛹💪 – using a skateboard to teach you daily exercises you can do at home for FREE.

👉 If there’s enough interest, I’ll be adding MORE class times – so tag your mates, share the stoke, and let’s move!

RURAL DOCTOR OF THE YEAR 🥳🙌🏼

My incredible Husband just recieved a national award - “Rural Doctor of the year”.

I have witnessed first hand the dedication, overtime, heart and soul that Arron has given to growing and developing the manning base palliative care service!

This award is a reflection of the way Arron lives his life, searching for new ways to connect with & contribute to individuals, systems and create positive change.
It is a reflection of every person that has mentored Arron, helped influence who he is inside and out, his amazing team and the dedication he and those working alongside him all have to rural health and enhancing patient outcomes!

What an inspiring human not just in the work place but with how he chooses to show up, every day for all of us! We need more Arron’s in this world!

I feel so privileged to wake up next to this human every day! And it’s so nice to see his hard work recognised. For those of you who know him, he is so humble and finds it’s hard to accept praise!
