So sad to read of the passing of Kai Bartlett such a beautiful soul has left a hole in the paddling community.
My deepest condolences to the Bartlett family and all that were close to him.
Thank you for what you gave all of us while you could. My heart ❤️ is hurting, catch that wave 🌊 no wonder the sea is wild right now. Rest peacefully 🙏🏽

🕊️ Today we pay homage to a legend in our community.

A champion paddler, an incredible canoe designer, a loving husband and father, a deeply respected man whose impact reached far beyond the water. His passion, knowledge, and spirit helped shape so many lives and so much of our sport.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to Kea, his children, his parents and all his loved ones.

Rest now brother Kai. Your legacy will continue to paddle on with all of us. 🤍

It’s that time again tp start thinking about World Sprint Qualifiers .

NSW Zone will be hosting sprints in October 11-12th. Canberra.

Then qualification at Nationals in November 14-16th. Gold Coast.

Then Worlds 17-31st August 2026.
