One of the things I deeply love about Lalitha Sahasranamam is this…

It does not separate spirituality from everyday life.

Even something as simple as rice, curd, jaggery, ghee or payasam becomes sacred within the verses 🍚

The prasadams mentioned are not extravagant offerings.
They are humble, familiar foods many of us have grown up eating at home.

And somehow… that makes it feel even more intimate.

Almost like a reminder that devotion does not always need grandeur.

Sometimes it is simply:
a lovingly prepared offering
a quiet moment
a heart filled with presence

From Dadhyanna to Payasanna…
these sacred food references continue to fascinate me every time I revisit them in LSN 🤍
