Here’s a lil story, I missed the entire C0v!d experience because I was divinely placed in Nicaragua. A country I had only heard of a couple of days before going. Long story short, I was on a dance contract on a cruise ship, the contract got post poned - cancelled 3 months in to a 6 month contract. I decided to go to Cancun at the suggestion of a friend and with that friend whom bailed the day before and ended up in Cancun by my self. The C0v!d was getting more serious and that friend suggested I should go somewhere and suggested Tulum, it didn’t resonate but I remembered I had a good friend from home who was somewhere. That somewhere was “Nicaragua”. I went there and asked myself “why I am here? What am I to learn here? What has lead me here?” For 3 months I actually parties really hard because I was with my friend from home whom was living in a big party hostel. I surrendered to the partying waiting for the next sign of direction of where I am to go. I had heard of a conscious artistic community that was on an island “Ometepe” and that’s where I should go but I didn’t want to be with lake water and needed sea - beach water. So after 3 months I went to a remote beach and I intentionally said to myself “I don’t want to go to them, I’ll just call them here” and the following full moon, this community of people hosted a full moon alcohol free party and they needed someone to serve kombucha which is put up hand. That night, I sat my first cacao ceremony and then the following week I was asked if I wanted to sit with Mother Ayahuasca. The saying goes when you are ready, she will find you and she found there. And for the following 2 and a half years which was the entire duration of c0v!d I sat with plant medicine, dance, played music, died and was reborn many times (ego death) and connected and expanded my heart. There are many many more stories in this journey but that’s it for now. This whole journey of those 3 years was a divine guidance of growth and protection and healing.

So grateful for that whole expedience

Okay hear me out. This is my own theory on déjà vu. I’m not saying this is fact, but this is how I understand it.

Most people know déjà vu as that feeling of “I’ve been here before” or “I’ve seen this before.”

For my theory to make sense, you first have to stop looking at time as linear, and also stop looking at it as circular.

I see time as a mycelium network.

The mycelium network, to me, is like a mirror reflection of neuroplasticity in the brain, the nervous system and the vascular system. Branches, pathways, smaller pathways coming off larger ones, connections forming, strengthening, changing and reconnecting. The same architecture repeating through different systems.

So imagine your current reality is one branch of that network. Timeline A.

Then you start healing, awakening, coming into the seat of your heart, changing how you live, what you eat, what you tolerate, what you carry, how you think and how you respond.

You start to IN-light-en.

And I take that word literally. Becoming lighter. Releasing density from the body, mind and spirit. Trauma, toxins, bad food, conditioning, fear, old patterns, old identities.

As you lighten, your vibration changes. Your vibrational frequency changes. And when your frequency changes, your reality changes with it.

So now imagine another branch above yours. Timeline B. A higher vibrational frequency reality.

As you begin shifting toward that reality, the smaller branches coming off Timeline A start intercrossing with the smaller branches coming off Timeline B.

And I think those crossover points are déjà vu.

That moment where something feels deeply familiar. “I’ve been here before.” “I know this.” “I feel like I’ve already lived this.”

Maybe it isn’t just memory.

Maybe it’s your current timeline touching another branch of reality because you are literally changing timelines, changing reality, changing your world by lightening yourself and vibrating into a new reality.

That’s also why I think people can experience more synchronicities and déjà vu during periods of deep healing, awakening and enlightenment.

Again, this is just my theory. Has anyone else ever thought
