It’s your 5th birthday today, my darling firstborn, Chloe Jade 🤍 Not a day goes by where my mind doesn’t sit with my memories of you. I make time for you everyday, because even though you’re not physically here, you’re still my daughter, you still existed and will always be a part of me.

I wish you were here to enjoy your 5th birthday, and be spoilt and fussed over by your doting parents, but I know you wouldn’t want me to be sad, and for that reason I try my best to just remember you as my perfect little Chloe and what it felt like to hold you and be near you. You were a scrumptious little body of pure love and warmth. And I am so thankful I got to have and feel your divine love. I’m very grateful you were here, and that we experienced such a wondrous and special little person, even if it was for the briefest moment.

🤍 Chloe Jade Warren 🤍 Your little brother and sister were talking about you so much yesterday - we say your name every day, not just on 🕊️ You are so missed and so loved and everyone who thought they were going to have you in their lives forever, still bring your name up in conversation and continue to think of and remember you.
You will never be forgotten my dear Chloe girl. Like all the other babies that couldn’t stay, your time may have been brief here, but your impact is lifelong for the rest of us.
We love you so much Chloe Jade ❤️

One more week of teaching dance classes in studio until I get to watch my students perform their gigantic hearts out at NIDA Theatre 💃🏼❤️

It’s been a big and lovely year for me teaching/choreographing contemporary and jazz dance at and and I have been obsessed with every single class and student I’ve got to work with this year. It’s been magic 💫 1 week left to bring it all together, but I’m already quite proud of how my 7 pieces have turned out…I truly adore my performers 🥰

With Oct 15th being Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day 🤍 I’d like to acknowledge my dear baby Chloe Jade as well as all of my friends and those seeing this post who have experienced loss themselves.
Chloe is forever front of mind, I think of her throughout every single day, and I’m still learning how to carry the weight of this grief - as I know all parents of pregnancy and infant loss would sadly understand too well. I’m so sorry your babies couldn’t come home with you too. ❤️‍🩹

It’s my sweet little Chloe Jade’s birthday today, she would have been turning 4 🤍🫶🏻
I do my best to remember the special moments in the little time we had together, I just wish there were many more 💔

She was so nice to cuddle, so beautiful, so special, so meaningful; it will always amaze me how such a tiny little person can have such an immense and far reaching impact in her short time here.

Thank you for showing me there was a whole section of my heart that was made just for loving you, my darling girl. I am so grateful you were mine ❤️ I am loving and missing you constantly, my gorgeous Chloe Jade. Xoxo

Yesterday was National Rainbow Baby Day 🌈🌈 Honoring my double rainbow and all the joy they have brought us after so much grief 🤍

They aren’t little babies like here anymore, but they will always be my ‘rainbow babies’, because my grief for Chloe will always remain, Jake and Zoey will always be the relief that sits beside that pain.

Their importance to me is beyond measure. My twins are so much more than our “joy after loss,” so much more than our “other children”, I can’t put it into words exactly, I’ve tried but I can’t explain - they are a profound significance that can only be felt…they are the reason why my battered heart still beats….they are everything ❤️‍🩹

Did you know that stretching can release tension and stress in the body? 🫶🫠
If you have a lot going on right now, a gentle whole body stretch can make you feel more relaxed, calm, less tense and tightly wound.

I find a soothing stretch before bed also improves my sleep, helps my legs feel less restless and helps my body sink more heavily into the mattress.

Overstimulated mums….have your kids stretch with you or assist you in your stretches - it will help you regulate any escalating emotions and occupy the kiddos with a task that is calming and physically beneficial.
