From time to time, there is attention on golf clubs and their jackets, particularly green jackets.

Minutes from the 4 March 1939 Board Meeting indicate that our club colours are green and black with a palm embroidered.

The oldest green jacket in the Club’s possession is a 1950 pennant team jacket.

For context, the famous first green jacket was awarded to Sam Snead for winning the Masters in 1949.

Successive presidents and captains continue to wear our green jackets at presentations, representing the Club, and at Annual General Meetings.

We've got lots happening over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

On Monday the 27th of April, will be open for lunch from 11:30-2:30 for the Anzac Day public holiday.

And bookings are open for Mother's Day lunch on the 10th of May. Get in quick to secure your table, bookings will fill up quickly.

On Saturday the 16th of May, we are hosting the FAB 4 and their showstopping Beatles tribute show!

On Saturday the 20th of June, The Classic Kings are returning to Palm Beach Golf Club, after many years of sell-out success with their long list of 70s hits.

On Saturday the 18th of July, the Rolling Stones Revival will rock the house down in a stunning show featuring hit after hit.
