Why we are the best gym for the over 30's

You live a busy life, youve probably got kids, a hectic work schedule and training is probably something you want to come to, switch off, get your results and go home...

So why over complicate it.

Why start running if you dont need to, why hop on a ski erg, or rower, or really any piece of cardio if you dont need to.

Truth is, you need to keep a food diary (takes 2 mins a day)

You need to exercise 2-4 sessions a week.

You need to weigh yourself weekly until youre at your goal.

Thats it.

End result, look better naked.

At RF we really try and make our clients feel like family, we believe if youre over 30 nobody should be doing burpees or any dicky exercises for no reason that only lazy coaches make you do.

Exercise shouldnt be a punish it should make the rest of your life better, thats why we thrive coaching over 30s

5am crew doesn't stop!

Our PODs tend to have themes, 5am tends to be less mucking around the 6am groups are anyone's guess, typically a bit more business than pleasure and then the PMS tend to just say fu***ng YOLO and run with whatever they feel on the day and us coaches have to pick up the pieces.

Its all part of the game of coaching and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Why we specialise in training the over 30s.

Youve probably been to other gyms in the shire, youve probably been told to go to a BURN or SHRED class...

it fu***ng hurts my soul...

These gyms use over exertion as the main way of getting you beautiful people some sort of result.

The way you SHOULD do this is start slow, focus on your diet and lift weights that get heavier each week.

Not go into a gym and f**k yourself week in week out and then go home and find out youve got back problems or your knee problems are back again...
