Gracie Smeaton Grange is a specialist Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy located in the South West of Sydney. Gracie Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective forms of martial arts and self defense on the planet. We offer four main programs across kids and Adults programs. Kids Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling program, Adults Gracie Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals program, Intermediate/Advanced program and Freestyle Wrestling Program. We also offer a free introduction class. Children are taught self defense techniques in a martial arts environment. A combination of fun and skill oriented games and exercises ensure that your child will develop co-ordination, balance and strength. Our Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs are broken into 3 main class types. This will accommodate all students no matter your age, experience or fitness level. We have clients travel from all across South West Sydney including suburbs such as Currans hill, Harrington Park, Mount Annan, Elderslie, Gledswood Hills and Oran Park.
