For this client, a fused neck presents a physical challenge—but it doesn't define what he's capable of achieving in the water. By incorporating a snorkel, he can breathe comfortably without excessive neck rotation while still encouraging body rotation to maintain relaxed and efficient shoulder movement.

Together, we focus on possibilities rather than limitations, overcoming challenges and celebrating progress one stroke at a time. 🌟💪

Watching swim is watching a masterclass in sprint freestyle.

So in control. High on the water. Powerful.

Here is what to actually look for:

1. He rides high. His bodyline sits on top of the water, not in it. Less drag, more speed.

2. Nothing looks rushed. Even at top speed every stroke is deliberate. Control creates speed. Not the other way around.

3. Zero wasted movement. Every bit of force goes backwards. That is where the power comes from.

The fastest swimmers in the world are not the ones trying the hardest. They are the ones wasting the least.

Looking for Speed 💨Try this!

One of our favourite drills called a burnout🔥. This was first taught to Head Coach Jason, 22 years ago by one of Australia’s greatest Swim coaches .

1. Start by laying on the water.
2. Over kick in a streamline position
3. Refine your kick to drive speed
4. Add 4 control fast freestyle arms

This give you the feeling of easy speed which you can then emulate for more speed when sprinting!Try it for yourself and tell us if it works for you in the comments 👇
