The optimization is useless without a foundation.
It's ok to need help with the foundation.
Work on the foundation then see if you even need optimisation because most people dont.

Having an understanding not just of the gym and the body but of your nervous system and how the mind works not to mention being able to see you as a whole human matters...a lot.

Every week a client will ask for help to make a certain meal tastier, higher in protein, easier to make etc so I may as well share each week the things I'm suggesting in case it helps you too!

There are more than a handful of mum's that I've said this to and who have said it didn't just help them lose a little weight but changed the way they thought about themselves and how they treat themselves it feels like a crime not to share it.
