Back where I belong. 🔥

Opening week Ashe at ASHE has been an absolute blast! It’s great to be back with the Bentley family, working in such an amazing environment and having so much fun.

A huge thank you to Khanh Nguyen | Chef Chef Khan and Aiden Stevens -👨‍🍳 Chef Aiden for the warm welcome—and for feeding me so many delicious dishes! 😄 I just hope the food cost doesn’t go up because of me!

Grateful for where it all started.
Years ago, I worked in fish butchery with an incredible team, and I still miss the craft every day. It was a highly skilled, hands-on experience that shaped me as a chef and a Culinary Educator.

A big thank you to , and the whole team for sharing your knowledge and skills with me—truly grateful.

From fish butchery to the classroom.
Today, as a culinary teacher, I pass on every skill I’ve learned to my students. Seeing them grow and develop is the most rewarding part of the journey.
