Sydney Lockdown extension update.

Thank you so much for joining us in our Outdoor and Zoom online sessions. In response to the extension of the Sydney lockdown, we have added a more comprehensive outdoor timetable for the week ahead across our locations, while keeping the 7 day Zoom timetable active. We are also excited to add daily challenges for the duration of the lockdown. In accordance, we also have a years worth of online classes at your fingertips. Martial Arts School Holiday Camp June/July 2021

Our awesome School Holiday Camps are back these June/July School Holidays. Held out of our Marrickville HQ, students learn incredible kicks, gymnastics techniques, acrobatics moves, weapons, make friends and have fun with the multitude of activities and mini olympic obstacles courses provided at the centre. This camp is not to be missed. Students can come to one, some or all days.

School Holiday Camp will run from June 28- July 2 Week 1 of the school holidays between Monday to Friday and July 5-9 during week 2 of the school holidays from Monday to Friday.

💥Hydrate: Optimal flexibility is achieved when the body is well hydrated.

💥Warm-Up: Stretching is safest and most effective when the body is warm.

💥Breathe: Train yourself to breathe in fully and exhale out completely.

💥Relax: Your mind and emotional state play a role in how open your body is to physical flexibility.

💥Add Equipment: Using props such as foam rollers, resistance bands or even your martial arts belt can help you go further with your stretches.
