Congrats to all of our HYROX heroes that competed at this years event. It’s so great to see all that hard-work and diligent training pay off.

💡Member Spotlight💡

Emma & Soph recently completed the Canberra Marathon 10km!

Running 4 times a week for training, on top of gym sessions, these girls aren’t afraid to put in the work! Even with the setback of Emma having pneumonia in the lead up, the girls managed to run their fastest 10km to date. What an effort 🏆

As a duo, they love setting goals and gearing their training towards an event, here’s some of their achievements to date:

Sutherland to Surf 2023
Sydney 10km 2023
Foam Fest 2023
Canberra Half Marathon 2024
HYROX Relay 2025
Canberra 10km 2026

Next up, they’ve got HYROX Relay and HYROX Doubles in Sydney this year! We can’t wait to see them smash it 💪🏼

Because just 1 marathon would’ve been too easy!

What an achievement, 2 marathons in 2 months. We’d love to take credit for this at The Fitness Refinery but this is all due to Cass’ hard work and diligent training behind the scenes. When Cass puts her mind to something, there’s no stopping her.
It’s incredible watching people set their minds on something & achieve their goals.

Commencing next Tuesday, April 2nd we will have a new weekly class timetable with 2 exciting changes:

1. Raise The Bar will run across 3 seperate days, meaning we have prioritised days for lower body, upper body and whole body strength 🏋️

2. C24 will commence on Thursdays as part of our Commit ‘24 challenge (post to come with details 👀). This class will have shades of our ‘Beat The Clock’ session & will push you to your limits 🥵
